OK, so there are times I do feel sorry for Glen. Here I am, sitting at home, (working I might add) trying to get the website updated again - no one ever tells you how high maintenance a website is - and I realize that I still have the luxury of my office being about 0 feet away from my bed and television!!
I realise that I have the total luxury of being able to work, drink coffee, catch up on the TV without ever going anywhere in my car! Now this morning, feeling a little overwhelmed as I realised I needed to get the car booked in for an MOT, I need to finalise the Your Best year Ever April course notes, get the May Edition of Teaching! Therapies!Talks! edited, I suddenly realised that during all of this, I could still take 10 minutes out of my day to sit and meditate.
But now it is back to work, at least I can check off two things on my list of jobs. Teaching Therapies has been updated, so if you have the time, please go and have a look, and the car is booked in tomorrow for its first ever MOT!
I also now know that even in the mayhem of the day, it is still so easy to stop and breathe and be thankful that I no longer have to worry about going to a place of work, as my work is here! Check out the morning meditation I just posted on the Teaching Therapies Facebook Page, its so simple, but SO effective!
Have a totally abundant day today people, the magic is there, just right now we need to look a little harder to find it!!
Blessings

Oh My What on Earth Has Happened Here?
| "Our last blog entry" |
Basically, i have been such a bad person, I totally have not devoted any time to this Blog, and it is no-ones fault but my own! But how I hear you ask, have you been too busy to write a few lines, keep up updated, let us know what has been going on??
Well, my friends, the last Blog was on Friday 28th January, just after we kicked off the Your Best Year Ever 2011 course, which by the way is going really well and already we are coming up to the 4th class!
| "You can register online at anytime to take part in this AMAZING course!!" |
Since then, time has just run away with us!! February was just out of control with courses, classes and our regular Donation Day healing, then in March we officially launched our Meet The Team event in Loughton. The day was great, all our therapists were there offering their world class treatments and readings.
The team is now fully operational and appointments can be made by booking with us on the Team Pages.

Then quite soon after, we took a week or so off (I know shock horror) and ventured back to California, our spiritual home, to spend some time in the Californian Sunshine. We spent an amazing time catching up with friends, and a wonderful weekend in Palm Springs at the Riviera.
The mountains in Palm Springs and Palm Desert have the most amazing and beautiful energy. They feel like the guardians of the earth, full of wisdom of the ages, sending a deep resonant energetic heartbeat out through the hot desert land.
The mountains, combined with a beautiful pool, amazing room and fantastic company, cocktails and dinner at Trio ensured we were rested and ready for a full on week of work in Calabasas, Ca.

Calabasas has of course become famous as the home of the Kardashians, but it really is a beautiful Old West ranch type town, amazing restaurants and shops, and it has become our home away from home as we carry out treatments and readings for our Stateside friends.

But now we are back in the UK and raring to go. At the end of this month, we do have our Healing by Donation Day on 30th April, then we kick off May with some amazing classes, courses, workshops and treatment options. Remember to visit us at Teaching Therapies or connect with us on Facebook.
Ok, so it's time to sign off for tonight, Jet Lag is creeping up on me again! and I really must get the website updated again!!
Until next time,
Be Abundant in ALL you do
